     To the 10th anniversary of Astana employees of the Museum of the First President of then Reoublic of Kazakhstan were awarded by the honorable medal “10th anniversary of Astana”
     On July 2, State secretary K. Saudabaev has handed over in Akorda anniversary medals “10th anniversary of Astana” to group of heads of state structures, executives of Presidential Administration of RK and public figures. The medal “10th anniversary of Astana” is founded according to the Decree of President of RK from May 6, 2008 in commemoration of celebrating of 10th anniversary of capital of Kazakhstan and it awards the citizens who have brought the considerable contribution to formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its capital.
     - I think that the today's award is not only an estimation already made you, but also advance payment on the future, expression of confidence of the Head of the state that you will achieve even more impressing successes in your activity for the blessing of our state, - the state secretary has noted.
     Among awarded – A. Sagyngali - the director of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
    This very day in Akorda employees of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Kazbekova R.U. - the head of the Centre of museum pedagogic; Moldagariniova Z.I. - the head of Service for the account and storage of museum values; Musina N.K. - the head of the Research centre; Omarova L.A. - the leading expert of Service for the organization of expositions and excursion service; Shyrymbayeva N.А. - the head of Service for the organization of expositions and excursion service were awarded with anniversary medals “10th anniversary of Astana”.

4 years to the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was created by the Decree of the President of RK on August, 28th, 2004. The museum is complex research, scientifically-educational and cultural centre. From the first days the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan executes an important cultural-historical mission about keeping and comprehensive illumination of achievements of independent Kazakhstan through a prism of public and state activity of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbaev. During these years the Museum made an important contribution to a cultural treasury of the country and future generation will appreciate it at its true value.

On August, 28th, 2008 in the press-hall of the Museum was a ceremonial meeting where Chief of the Office of the President of RK Kasymbekov M.B. and director of the Museum Sagyngali A. congratulated the body.

With jubilee medal “10 years to Astana” for special contribution to the development of the Museum were awarded:

1. Magzumova Ryskul Kazahstanovna – the deputy director on financial regulation;
2. Hussain Ergeldi Galymuly – the main expert of Service account and storage of the museum values.

Letters of thanks on behalf of the Chief of the Office of the President of RК for high professionalism, active creative work in development of the museum business were awarded employees of the Museum:

1. Aubakirova Zinara Abishevna – the leading expert of Service account and storage of museum values;
2. Ahmetova Lyailya Koshanovna – the leading expert of private library of the Head of the state of Service account and storage of the museum values;
3. Ahmetova Zhanar Kurmangalievna – the senior expert of personal archive of the Head of the state of Service account and storage of the museum values;
4. Iljasova Bibaisha Tajyrovna – the museum inspector of the organization of expositions and excursion service;
5. Kassenova Gulsum Kenzhebolatovna – the senior expert of organization of expositions and excursion service;
6. Karmanova Akmaral Saparzholovna – the scientific employee of organization of expositions and excursion service;
7. Muhamedzhanova Gulzhan Bogenbaevna – the leading expert of Service account and storage of the museum values;
8. Makubaeva Dinara Sajlauvna – the senior scientific employee of the Research centre;
9. Ramazanova Gulzhan Askerovna – the senior teacher of the Center of museum pedagogic;
10. Sagimbaev Serik Kazkenovich – the senior expert of Service account and storage of the museum values;
11. Flerko Liliya Vladimirovna – a deputy head of Information centre.

     On December 1st, 2008 was a seminar-presentation «Information Resources of museum, archive and library institutions», in the limits of it was a presentation of Automated program for account of the museum fund «AS-Museum» and micrograph technology.
     The program was developed by «NAT Kazakhstan» company and successfully implemented in the activities of the Museum of the First President of Kazakhstan. For the first time in the republic «AS-Museum» on the basis of a comprehensive record keeping and storage documentation allows to form an electronic database of museum collections, archival and library facility. There was an exchange of views on topical issues and the development of information technology in museums, archives and libraries. The participants assessed the «AS-Museum» as the core software product, a resource base for the formation of a common information space in the cultural sphere.
   In the work of seminar-presentation took part Deputy Chief of Office of the President of Kazakhstan Temirbolat B.B., head of archives and records of the Ministry of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan Mukazhanova G.J., representatives of 19 museums, 14 archival, 10 library institutions from all regions of the republic, Astana and Almaty cities.
