The Museum is developing and implementation of research programs in the framework of which provides planning, organization and conducting of scientific researches on the activities of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the historical process of formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2007.

      Three scientific programs «Political Initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in formation and development of independent Kazakhstan» (2007-2009), «First President and further development of independent Kazakhstan» (2010-2012), «The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of Nation N.A. Nazarbayev: biography, initiatives and political credo» (2013-2015) were urged to build system of basic and applied researches.

      Today in the Museum is created the experience of updating of problems of the political subject, directly related to a profile of activity of the Museum.

     The scientific program «The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan –Leader of Nation N. A. Nazarbayev: strategy of state administration and phenomenon of the leadership» is urged to become a logical continuation of the researches realized on the basis of the Museum.

     The period of implementation of the program is from 2016 till 2018.

     The purpose of the Program is further systemic research of the biography and historical legacy of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of Nation N.A.Nazarbayev in strengthening of the independent state by means of comprehensive investigation and studying of processes of socio-political modernization of Kazakhstan society, the main results and regularities of development of the republic for years of independence, factors of the successful establishment and development of the individual of N.A. Nazarbayev, phenomenon of leadership of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      The program consists of four scientific projects.
