      Exhibition «Tenge – symbol of independence of Kazakhstan», dedicated to the 20th anniversary of national currency.
      The exhibition «Tenge – symbol of independence of Kazakhstan» was organized jointly with the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of the Nation and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan with assistance of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan
      Kazakhstan tenge, along with other symbols, is original attribute of the sovereignty of the state and successfully passes tests in economic and social life of the country from the moment of its appearance. Introduction of national currency was a starting point for making of own national economy, an important instrument for construction of the market relations in the republic.
The exposition allowed remembering 20-year history of formation and strengthening of national currency of Independent Kazakhstan – tenge. Among many exhibits there were unique working records from personal archive of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of Nation N.A. Nazarbayev. For the first time it was possible to see a full selection of the Kazakhstan numismatics - from the first samples of tenge and tiyns to investment and collection coins, the banknotes which have brought to the Kazakhstan currency worldwide fame and recognition of the international experts.

      Exhibition «The first ladies of Russia.  XX-XXI cc.»
      The exhibition «The first ladies of Russia.  XX-XXI cc.» took place in the limits of the international exhibition project of the Museum «Dialogue through culture» with assistance of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
      The organizers achieved a main goal of the exhibition – opened with the help of the museum means a role of the first ladies of Russia of the XX-XXI centuries in socio-political, cultural life of the country.
The heroines of the exhibition were: empress Alexandra Fyodorovna Romanova, Nadezhda Konstantinovna Krupskaya, Nadezhda Sergeevna Alliluyeva, Nina Petrovna Kukharchuk-Khrushcheva, Victoria Petrovna Brezhneva, Tatiana Filippovna Andropova, Anna Dmitrievna Chernenko, Raysa Maksymovna Gorbacheva, Naina Iosifovna Yeltsina, Lyudmila Alexandrovna Putina and Svetlana Vladimirovna Medvedeva.
      The exhibition was prepared by the State central museum of contemporary history of Russia within the limits of the project «Woman face of Russia» and based on presentation of memorial complexes from family collections, museums and archives of found collections of the State historical museum, the State historical museum-reserve «Gorki Leninskiye», the State archive of the Russian Federation, the Russian state archive of socio-political history, the Central museum of Armed forces.

     Personal exhibition of the photographer Vladimir Kurilov “Astana – city of dream”
     The exhibition organized within the limits of partner project, opened a series of events of the Museum dedicated to celebration of Day of the capital. Vladimir Kurilov is known as a chronicler of the main city of the country - Astana. His works are notable for originality and a new view from a set of the photos dedicated to the young capital of Kazakhstan. The whole series of photos tell about various stages of development of the capital of Kazakhstan.
     More than 30 works of Vladimir Ivanovich performed "from height of birds flight" in 2013 were presented at the exhibition. He made city panoramas from the roofs of high-rise buildings, in unexpected angles and in different lighting. Such photos of Astana made only Vladimir Ivanovich. "If to do the part with love, always it is possible to receive the necessary result", – the author likes to repeat.

      Joint exhibition of Oralbayeva Zamzegul and Hayrulla Asel «Eternity Patterns»
      Тhe joint exhibition of the member of the Union of artists of Kazakhstan, the winner of the international Shabyt festival Oralbayeva Zamzegul and the diploma-winner of the international competitions «Design-Debyut 2012», «Couturier of Siberia» Hayrulla Asel «Eternity Patterns» took place in the Museum of the First President of RK. This exhibition was organized within the limits of Museum project on support of creative youth «On the wings of hope». This project pursues a noble aim of assistance to young artists, masters of arts and crafts.
      The exhibition not casually opened in the threshold of the next anniversary of the capital of Kazakhstan. Astana became a symbol of youth, renewal and creativity. These qualities distinguish participants of the youth project of the Museum, considering opening of exhibition in the heart of the young capital of Kazakhstan as a special landmark of their creative life, in the building where the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan worked first years after moving from Almaty to Astana.
      Felting – production of products from felt is one of the most ancient layers of the cultural heritage of Kazakhs. Felt is rolled sheep wool. It is practically a synonym of our traditional art and at the same time absolute reality of daily national life. Since ancient times, our ancestors used the unique technology of felt producing. Since ancient times our ancestors used unique manufacturing techniques of felt, skillfully beating the qualities concluded in wool by nature – softness and warmth, flexibility and strength.
      Especial interest in creativity of Oralbayeva Zamzegul causes drawing on felt. Works of the artist are distinguished by delicate coloring, organic to natural paints of the nature. Steppe, the land of our ancestors, its spirit and beauty excite the artist. Her felted clothes are full of memories of ancient culture and history of Kazakhs. 30 felt cloths were presented at the exhibition. With a thin tact the author conducts enrichment of the invoice of felt. Her felt compositions are expressly recreated as part of the nature which has absorbed thought and creativity of the person-creator.
      One more coauthor of the exhibition – the native of Aktobe Hayrulla Asel - one of those who revives traditional art of the Kazakh people, creating various things from felt. By means of technology of a fulling, combining the invoice of various fabrics, she creates modern models of seamless clothing of women.

       Exhibition «Semey in the stream of time»
      The photo exhibition «Semey in the stream of time» took place in the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the founding of Semey regional folk museum. The exhibition was organized within the limits of Intermuseum partner project of the Museum.
       Unique photos of the city of the XIX-XX centuries from gold fund of Semey regional folk museum, views of the modern city and also photo equipment of different years were presented in the exposition. The city of Semey is known as the motherland of coryphaeuses of Kazakh literature, science and art. This sacred earth of great Abay, ingenious philosopher Shakarim Kudayberdiyev, world famous writer Mukhtar Auezov, the singer Amre Kashaubayev, fruitful creative activity of the participants of Alash Orda is connected with this city.
        Semey regional folk museum is the old partner of the Museum of the First President of RK. At ceremony of opening of the exhibition director of the Semey regional folk museum B. N. Temirov, general director of National archive of RK M. O. Absemetov and director of the Museum of the First President of RK A. S. Sagyngali made a speech.

      Exhibition “Heydar Aliyev and his time”
      At the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held the exhibition “Heydar Aliyev and his time”, devoted to memory of the Azerbaijani national leader, an outstanding politician Heydar Aliyev. The exhibition was organized by the foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of Nation in assistance of Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It was held in the limits of the international project “Dialogue through culture”.
      Heydar Aliyev was a head of the country during the post-soviet and very difficult period. Under his management for a short time in the country were established stability and safety, was adopted Constitution, extended the relations of Azerbaijan with other countries, was put the basis of oil and gas strategy and long-term economic prosperity.
      The unprecedented course of life, intense and fruitful political activity of the statesman of the international level Heydar Aliyev makes an important stage in the contemporary history of Azerbaijan. It was possible to be convinced of it, having examined the exposition of the exhibition where were presented the archival photo and video materials, and also the exhibits and books from funds of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There were also photos from Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

      Personal exhibition of Estay Daubayev “Craftsmanship and inspiration”
      In the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held the first personal exhibition “Craftsmanship and inspiration” of a known jeweller, a laureate of "Zhiger" award Estay Daubayev organized within the partner project of the Museum.
      E.Daubayev was the organizer and the participant of many international exhibitions and trade fairs. The author took part in figuration of expositions of arts and crafts in the museums of the Presidential centre of culture in Astana, "Golden Horde" in Uralsk and "Headquarters of Abylay khan" in Petropavlovsk.
      The exposition of works of the sculptor-jeweller was placed in three halls of the Museum. In Large hall was possible to see subjects of military equipment: weapon, subjects of horse harness, belts of batyrs, and also the staffs symbolizing the power of the Kazakh khan - asatayak. In Small hall distinguished female jewellery, among which – “shekelik” - temple jewelry, talismans "tumars", breast adornment “onirzhiek”, bracelets "bes bilezik", earrings, rings were presented. All jewellery was made of natural stones, such as: pearls, malachite, corals, agate and others. In the third hall visitors had unique opportunity to see one of the newest works of the master – saukele (headwear of bride). It took him 10 years to make it.

      Personal exhibition of K. Azhibekuly «Creation of dream»
      In the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held a personal exhibition of a known artist, the member of the Union of artists of RK Kazakhbay Azhibekuly «Creation of dream». A main idea of the exhibition was reflected by the picture «Morning of Astana». On this picture the artist in the best realistic traditions showed an image of new Kazakhstan, new society, new Leader – those who embodies a Dream which has been born on a break of eras. At the exposition there were 41 works of the artist, characterizing early and nowadays periods of creative work of the author.
      K. Azhibekuly – is a famous author, laureate of many prizes, including a special prize of A. Kasteev (1999), “Daryn” state youth prize laureate of Government RK (2001), President’s (2009) and state scholarship prize-winners (2010). Among his last achievements is a winning in the competition “Kazakh folk epos. History and traditions of the Kazakh people” (Almaty, 2012).
