Traditional meeting of Council of the teachers at the museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy was held on June 7, 2016.

The following questions were considered on the agenda:

1. Summarizing work of 2016-2017 academic year.

2. «Museum-pedagogical forms of work on the theme «Astana is a symbol of independence Kazakhstan» (from the experience of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy)».

Speaker: Musina N.K.

3. Summarizing results of scientific-pedagogical activity of members of Council of the teachers.

The Chairman of Council of the teachers at the museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, deputy director, the candidate of historical sciences, B.M. Kaipova congratulated the teachers with the end of the academic year and summarized the results of the joint work of the Museum and the Department of Education of Astana for 2015-2016 academic year.

In his speech, B.M. Kaipova noted that, the educational and upbringing activities the Library of Elbasy guided by the projects in the sphere of education and science initiated by the Head of the state, participates in the implementation of public education programs for the upbringing Kazakhstan patriotism, citizenship and the formation of the intellectual elite of the XXI century. Each year by agreement with the Astana Department of education organizes lectures, museum lessons, contests, certification classes, children's events, meetings, debate tournaments with educational institutions of all levels of education. During the implementation of the Scientific-educational program, were held 60 events in the period from 01.01-07.06.2017, the number of participants was 3,586 people.

According to tradition, the seminar «Certification of teachers – part of increasing skill of the teacher» was held in the framework of an experimental platform for certification of teachers of history of Astana on March 3, 2017. Jointly with museum pedagogues were prepared and conducted the lessons:

– «Ғасырлар куәсі – Экспо көрмесі» – Kulbekova N.K., Sarkulova Zh.Zh. teachers of school-lyceum No. 82;

– «Елбасының «Ой бөлістім халқыммен» атты шығармасының ізімен» – Baykenzheev E.B. teacher of school-lyceum No. 76;

– «ЭКСПО-2017: «Мәңгілік Ел құндылықтары» – Beknazarova D.O. teacher of school-lyceum No. 64.

Within the framework of the project «Political Initiatives of NA Nazarbayev in the Formation and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan» сontinues the work of the debating club «Ақиқат»: a debate tournament «Әлемдік қауымдастық таныған ел» among students of colleges of Astana was held on November 5, 2016.

On March 28, 2015 on the base of school-lyceum No. 53 was held a debate tournament among pupils. More than 40 teams from the capital's schools took part in the tournament.

Unscheduled event for pupils of 11 grade of school-lyceum «Қазғарыш» No. 50 named after Raiymbek batyr was held on February 14, 2017. During seminar-training «Лидерлік қасиетті дамыту» were held training sessions aimed at developing leadership qualities among pupils in accordance with the thematic plan of the elective course « The development of leadership skills among young people».

On March 1, Apri 26, 2017 on the implementation of the framework of the scientific-educational project «Museum and children (ABC-guide for the kids)» for kids of kindergarten «Kunshuak» No. 3 and «Ақбөпе» No. 3 were held an exit museum lesson «My genealogy – a piece of our country's genealogy. Letter P».

Kaipova B.M. in her speech noted that city and republican competitions dedicated to the 25^th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan were held. The concert-master-class «Current issues in the field of culture» organized in the framework of the preparation of the second citywide creative competition «Intimate strings of the soul: the song creativity of N.A. Nazarbayev» and the final and ceremony of awarding the winners of the competition.

On December 9, 12, 2016 were held the award ceremonies of the city competition of pedagogical skills for the best museum lesson «Қазақстан – халықаралық аренада», the republican competition among teachers of natural sciences of comprehensive and specialized educational institutions for the best video «Annals of the Expo». The final and the award ceremony of the Competition of the scientific projects of pupils «Ideas сhanging the world» was held on April 28, 2017. The competition was dedicated to the upcoming exhibition EXPO-2017.

On May 24, 2017 was held the Open Day with the participation of teachers, pupils and parents of  Children's music school No. 1 of Astana. In the framework of the Open Day, museum teachers held lesson-excursions in the museum's expositions: «Institute of batyr: tradition, status and arming», «The decorative-applied art of Kazakhstan», «Olympic champions of Kazakhstan».

The head of the Scientific-applied researches service Musina N.K. sharing with teachers by experience of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy in the field of «Astana studying» presented report «Museum-pedagogical forms of work on the theme «Astana is a symbol of independence Kazakhstan».

On the third issue, a member of the Council of the teachers, a teacher of the history of Lyceum No. 60 Khamitova A.S. presented to the participants the results of her pupil. Rakhmetuldinov Timur a pupil of the 11^th grade, winner of the city competition of scientific projects in Astana and Minsk. Timur presented to the Library his book «48 законов дипломата» and told about its creation.

По итогам заседания было предложено продолжить совместную работу с организациями образования города Астаны по внедрению инновационных технологий при проведении уроков, продолжить работу в рамках экспериментальной площадки по аттестации учителей истории.

According to the results of the meeting was proposed to continue joint work with educational organizations of Astana on the introduction of innovative technologies at carrying out of the museum lessons, to continue work within the limits of the experimental platform for certification of history teachers.

In conclusion The Chairman of Council of the teachers expressed gratitude to the teachers for their methodological assistance in conducted events, noted their importance in the upbringing the patriotism of the younger generation. Also members of Council of the teachers and a young scientist received a valuable gift – the book «Модель Назарбаева».
