Guest exhibition «Historical choice»
On November 21, 2014 in Pavlodar regional folk museum named after G.N. Potanin took place opening of the exhibition «Historical choice» from funds of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The exhibition was opened by deputy akim of Pavlodar region A.A. Orsariyev, deputy director of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Aktaeva.
At the ceremonial opening of the exhibition there were the heads of local authorities, the representatives of the public, cultural institutions, the students and schoolchildren.
The exhibition «Historical choice» is created within the scientific-expositional project of the Museum of the First President of RK.
On December 1, 1991 the people of Kazakhstan made really historical choice, having elected N. A. Nazarbayev as the First President. After establishment of a new holiday in 2012 the Museum of the First President possessing unique archival fund annually presents to the general public the exhibition «Historical choice». In its exposition is shown the complex of the archival and thing materials narrating about the events accompanying the first national election of the president of Kazakhstan.
Within the project, enlighting by the museum means the processes of formation and development of institute of presidency in our country, are held stationary and exit exhibitions, thematic and exit excursions.
The main maintenance of the exhibition brought from Astana to Pavlodar opens a unique collection of materials from the funds of the Museum of the First President of Kazakhstan: the personals of N. A. Nazarbayev, gifts from the heads of the states and governmenst of the foreign states, the photo and archival documents enlighting activity, main ideas, initiatives of the Head of the state of RK aimed at the successful forward development of the young independent state and strengthening of authority at the international level.

Guest exhibition «Asian vector of foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan»
On September 16, 2014 at Almaty regional historical-local museum named after M. Tynyshpayev was held the opening of the exhibition «Asian vector of foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan» from the funds of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana).
The exhibition was opened by A.K. Kenderbek an advisor of the mayor of Almaty region, R.R. Esdauletov a head of the department of culture, archives and documentations of Almaty region, K.K. Aktaeva a deputy director of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the opening ceremony of the exhibition took part the heads of local governments, the representatives of the public, cultural institutions of the city, the students of high universities and schoolchildren.
At the exhibition are presented 109 exhibits, including documents and photographs, things from the museum's collections, gifted to the leader of Kazakhstan during business meetings and official visits to foreign countries in recognition of the international authority of our country and its First President.
The documents and photographs that form a chronicle of one of the strategic directions of the foreign policy of Kazakhstan open the main content of the exhibition. The gifts from the heads of the states and governments, the delegations of China, Japan, India, Turkey, the countries of Asia-Pacific region, the Muslim countries are made at the highest level: silver and decorative products, things of decorative-applied art, sculptures. This is a small part that shows an amazing and unique culture of the East countries. At the exhibition are presented the works which are divided into six groups, which are practically covering all regions of Asia: countries of the Muslim world, the Middle and Far East, Central Asia, South - East Asia, Asia-Pacific region. This small, compact exhibition tells not only of close diplomatic relations with these countries of Kazakhstan, established during the years of independence, but also about their culture and traditions.
Each exhibit has artistic value: decorative dishes, ceramics, clothes, sculptures, panels. Each gift is a sign, which embodied era, people and their art.

The exhibition «Asian vector of foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan»
On April 17, 2014 the exhibition «Asian vector of foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan» from funds of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana) opened in the historical and cultural museum-reserve «Azret Sultan».
Akim's deputy of Southern Kazakhstan region A.A. Bektayev, deputy director of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Aktayeva, director of the the historical and cultural museum-reserve «Azret Sultan» M. Zh. Sadykbek opened exhibition.
The heads of local authorities, representatives of the society, the directors of the museums, cultural institutions of Shymkent, Turkestan were present at the ceremony of exhibition’s opening.
The exhibition presents 133 exhibits, including documents and photos from Personal archive and the Private library of the Head of state, subjects from the museum collections presented to the Leader of Kazakhstan during business meetings and official visits abroad in recognition of the international authority of our country and its First President.
The main content of the exhibition is revealed by documents and photos forming the chronicle of one of the strategic directions of foreign policy of Kazakhstan. Gifts from heads of states and governments, delegations of China, Japan, India, Turkey, the countries of Asia- Pacific region, Muslim states are executed in the highest level: silver and decorative products, handwork carpets, subjects of arts and crafts, sculpture and books.
Visitors can see picturesque works of Japanese masters - colourful panels made in different techniques. The handwork carpets differ neither by richness of colour and ornament, nor by variety of technique. The exposition included also east traditional costumes, musical instruments, ware and household items.
The exhibition forms uniform spectator perception of the main stages and directions of development of country’s international relations on the example of high samples art and arts and crafts of the countries of Asia.
The exhibition «Asian Vector of Foreign Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan» will last till May 20, 2014.
