         On March 4, 2014 in the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan within celebration of the 200th anniversary of the great Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko, took place the museum lesson-meeting with participation of the representatives of Embassies of Ukraine and France: the secretary of Embassy of the Ukraine in Kazakhstan – P. V. Tokarev and the attach of Embassy of France in Kazakhstan A. Kulakseziyan.

       The meeting was opened with the literary-musical composition which acquainted the participants with the world of the art word and the fine arts of the great son of the Ukrainian people Taras Shevchenko.
One of the most drama periods of life of the great Kobzar is ten years of his deportation in Kazakhstan. Since 1847 till 1857 T.G. Shevchenko created a new cycle of poems, drew over two hundred pictures, among which are pictures about Kazakhstan. The image of life of the Kazakh people took an important place in lyrics of the poet. Subsequently it got a response in creativity of the akyn Zhambyl Zhabayev who in 1939 wrote the work "Taras" where the image of Kobzar is shown as a symbol of the brotherhood and unity of the Kazakh and the Ukrainian people.

"Kobzar" of T. Shevchenko is the beginning of a new stage in development of the Ukrainian literature and language, and his creativity of a painter and an engraver became the outstanding phenomenon of not only the Ukrainian, but also world art.

Nowadays we realize the greatness of creativity of T.G. Shevchenko, both for the Ukrainian people, and for all world culture.

      On May 20, 2014 in the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place the meeting of pupils of H. Munaitpasov Republican sports boarding school for the gifted in sport children and school gymnasium No. 31 with the champion of the Olympic Games 2012 Serik Sapiyev.

     Serik Sapiyev is one of the most titled boxers of Kazakhstan: a world champion 2005 and 2007, a champion of Asia 2007 and 2009, a champion of Asian games 2010, a champion of the Olympic Games 2012, an owner of Val Barker Cup – a prize which is awarded to the most technically skilled boxer of Olympic Games from 1936 till today.

     The museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in its educational activity at the center sets a task of education of the harmonious personality focused on high moral values. One of the factors forming patriotism is sport victories of Kazakhstan. The Olympic successes inspire people, their hearts are overflowed by a pride. Every time when our national flag is raised, sounds the national anthem, each citizen of Kazakhstan is proud of the Homeland, achievements of the compatriots.

     World sport achievements are the best presentation of the country. Physical culture and sport are guarantee of health of the nation – bases of our successful future. As the Head of the state emphasizes: "In the XXI century Kazakh people have to become the country of long-livers. It is one direction of our economic policy. The healthy lifestyle is a key to the healthy nation".
       During the meeting the children actively participated in dialogue, received answers to the questions and had an opportunity to take the autograph and the picture with the Olympic champion Serik Sapiyev.
