On November 23, 2012 состоялось традиционное заседание Совета педагогов при Музее Первого Президента Республики Казахстан. В работе заседания приняли участие члены Совета педагогов, представители Управления образования г. Астаны, а также учителя истории школ г. Астаны.

The following questions were discussed on the agenda:
1. Summing up of joint work of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Education Department of Astana in 2012 and discussion of the plan of work of the Centre of museum pedagogies of MFP RK in 2013;
2. Certification of teachers of public disciplines on the base of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Definition of a subject of seminars of certified teachers, approval of the list;
3. About requirements for registration of scenarios of museum lessons.
The chairperson of the Council of teachers at MFP RК, the deputy director, the candidate of history sciences Kaipova B. M. in her speech congratulated the members of the Council of teachers with the Day of the First President and Independence Day.
B. M. Kaipova thanked the head of Education Department of Astana A.T. Bimendina, the methodologists D.K. Amirgaliyeva, K.K. Adinayeva and noted that the events held in the Museum together with Education Department were improved from year to year. She also informed on carrying out on November 26, 2012 in the Museum the international scientific and practical seminar «Leadership and personality». During work of a seminar will be discussed such questions as a role of the personality in the history, a phenomenon of leadership of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev, an initiative of the Head of the state in the sphere of education. There will be presented the results of implementation of the scientific project «Formation of leadership skills in a family, school and other social institutes» which purpose is studying of a phenomenon of leadership, influences of the social environment on formation of the personality. There is planned the monograph edition following the results of a seminar.
There were 4365 participants of the Educational program in 2012.
Among them are:
- adults - 651;
- students - 1482;
- pupils - 2172;
- preschool pupils - 60.
As a whole, within the Educational program in 2012 were held the museum lessons, master classes, facultative course to «Астанатану», elective course «Жастардың бойында лидерлік қасиетті дамыту жағдайлары», lectures, debates, etc. They are different in the contents and forms.
In 2013 it is planned to conduct the course «Музей педагогикасы негіздері», a city competition «Үздік эссе», devoted to the 20 anniversary of National currency – tenge and city competition of the best dramatized representation «Тәуелсіздік – ұраным», devoted to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Council of teachers will continue work of the experimental platform for certification of history teachers of Astana. The main requirements for conducting museum lessons: pithiness, accurate structure and logic of disclosure of consistently stated points of a plan, lighting of a history of issue, display of various concepts, communication with practice, moral part of content and teaching; existence of a firm theoretical and methodical core, substantiality and argumentativeness, introduction of innovative methods of training with the help of museum means and use of audiovisual didactic materials, models and samples.
During meeting the head of CMP MFP RK, Kazbekova R. U. noted that within the limits of the international EXPO-2017 in Astana, the Museum together with Education department planed to publish the collection of lessons of this subject.
Methodologists of Astana Education department Amirgaliyeva D. K. and Adinayeva K.K. expressed gratitude to administration of the Museum and emphasized need of further joint cooperation.
On the second question acted the senior teacher of CMP MFP RK, Ospanova A.A. She acquainted with the list of certified teachers on the basis of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2013.
The junior research officer of the Centre of museum pedagogics Kushunova D. S. acquainted the teachers with the main requirements for registration of scenarios of lessons in «Collection of museum lessons».
There was adopted the corresponding decision following the results of the meeting.
On June 22, 2012 the traditional meeting of the Council of the teachers took place at the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the work of the meeting took part the members of the Council of the teachers at the Museum, the representatives of Education Department of Astana, and also the teachers of history of Astana schools.
The following questions were discussed on the agenda:
1. Summarizing of the work in 2011-2012 school year, the discussion and statement of scenarios of the lessons recommended to the publication in «Collection of museum lessons in 2011-2012 school year»;
2. The planning of the scientific-practical seminar «The formation of leader qualities in family, school, society and other social institutes», the statement of the list of the authors of collective monograph;
3. About joined working plan for the 2nd half year of 2011-2012 school year. (The participation in the sections of the teachers of history in the limits of the traditional August conference).

The head of CMP of MFP RК, deputy chairman of the Council of pedagogues at MFP RК Kazbekova R.U. made the speech with the first question. She congratulated the participants with the finishing of school year, informed about the number of the listeners of the Educational program for the 2nd half year of 2012:
The number of the participants of the Educational program – is 2857. Among them:
- teachers - 386;
- students - 1000;
- pupils - 1471.
In the current year within the limits of the certification platform of teachers of history «Certification – a way to creation» was 3 seminars, 10 teachers from 7 schools conducted open lessons. Analyzing the work of teachers, R.U. Kazbekova recommended bringing in «Collection of museum lessons in 2011-2012 school year» the following lessons:

7. Shaikenov S.S. «Ел Президентінің Қазақстан халқына Жолдауы: «Қазақстан-2030. Барлық қазақстандықтардың өсіп-өркендеуі, қауіпсіздігі және әл-ауқатының артуы»;
8. Nagornyak G.A., Bigarina K.K. «Сердце мое – Астана»;
9. Zhaksylykova A.K., Aldabergenova G.T. «Тарих шырғалаңынан – тәуелсіздік шыңына».
10. Kazbekova R.U. «Звезда, зажжённая в степи».
According the results of these lessons in the limits of the seminar they decided to enter the following lessons:

5. Zhatkanova N. «Қазан төңкерісі қарсаңындағы саяси партиялар».
The senior teacher of CMP of MFP RК Ospanova A.A. told about the scientific project «The formation of leader qualities in family, school, society and other social institutes» which has been realized since 2009. Within this project were held the lessons, the elective, and also the scientific and practical seminar will take place.
A young specialist, Momynov M., the author of the lesson «Кемел елдің кемеңгер көшбасшысы», the teacher of history of school gymnasium No. 51, thanked the museum employees for effective cooperation and rendering of the methodical help in carrying out the lesson. The pupil of Momynov M. took the prize on the city scientific project in this subject. A young teacher also wished to write an article in the monograph.
According to the unanimous conclusion of the participants, the Council of the teachers at the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan should continue work on rendering of the methodical help to school teachers in carrying out the museum lessons.
As the Council members noted, further joined work of the Museum in cooperation with the education institutions would bring many new ideas.
There was adopted the corresponding decision following the results of the meeting.
