Scientific-applied researches service

Functions:

·        planning, organization and conducting of scientific researches of the formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, biography and historical role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev;

·        organization and conducting of scientific pre-discovery and source work;

·        realization of scientific-educational activities aimed to promoting the achievements of independence and initiatives of the Leader of the Nation;

·        methodical-consulting work and the organization of activities of the Teaching Council at the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation;

·        popularization and promotion of the results of scientific-applied researches.

Accounting and storage of the museum values service

Functions:

·        providing of state accounting of the museum fund, the legal and physical protection of museum values;

·        completing of museum collections;

·        creating conditions to ensure a complete safety of museum objects, to guarantee their protection from destruction, damage, theft;

·        information-technological support of accounting-keeping and scientific-fund works;

·        museological research of museum collections, creating conditions for the public use of the results of scientific and fund researches;

·        popularization of museum collections.

Expositions and exhibitions service

Functions:

·        scientific-methodological and organizational-methodological support of the exposition and exhibition activity of the Library;

·        publication of works by results of exposition and exhibition activity;

·        providing of material and technical base of exposition and exhibition activity;

·        providing of preservation of museum objects of permanent and temporary exhibitions;

·        methodical and consulting work on the organization of expositions and exhibitions.

Excursion activity service

Functions:

·        writing of texts and giving of survey, thematic, authors tours around the building of the Museum and the Library in Kazakh, Russian and English languages to all categories of visitors;

·       carrying out of exit excursions on the subjects of scientific and exposition projects, permanent expositions in Kazakh and Russian languages;

·        writing of methodological works of excursion activity (thematic routes, technological maps, glossary, etc.);

·        social, political and thematic actualization of excursion texts;

·       providing of expert methodological assistance in giving tours to listeners of guides training courses, guide-interpreters (other specialized organizations).
