Exit training of employees of the Library of Elbassy

 

On August 18, 2017 in Ekibastuz took place the training on the topic "Museum pedagogy" for teachers of additional education by Kushunova D.S. the research officer of the Service of scientific and applied researches of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy.  It was held in the limits of August meeting of teachers of additional education in Pavlodar region «Formation of public consciousness of students through modernization of additional education system».

 The main goal of the training was maintenance of scientific and theoretical training of additional education teachers, increase of their professional competence allowing:

- opening a role of the museum environment, museum and pedagogical process in education and esthetic education of young generation;

- using a system concept to create technologies of museum pedagogics in institutions of additional education;

- organizing museum and pedagogical process in close interaction with all participants.

For realization of the purposes in process of training there was supposed to solve the following tasks:

1. To disclose specifics of museum pedagogics as the field of the scientific and practical activities of the modern museum, focused to pass the cultural experience through pedagogical process in the conditions of the museum environment.

2. To show essence and value of culturological competence of a teacher as component of his vocational training and methodological basis of practical activities.

3. On the basis of self-diagnostics of listeners to define the main directions and tasks of their independent work on improvement of culturological competence as necessary condition of conscious participation in humanitarization of regional additional education.

During the start-up presentation the training participants acquainted with the experience of the Library – Elbassy, scientific and educational projects, forms of museum and pedagogical activity. 20 teachers of additional education of the Pavlodar region took part in the training.

In the panel session took part the representatives of the Education department of Pavlodar region, «Nur Otan» party, the public association «АНА ұлағаты» of Ekibastuz, the Department of internal affairs of Ekibastuz, the teenage centre of ecology and tourism, the directors of schools, more than 150 teachers of additional education of the Pavlodar region.
