Project «Political initiatives N. A. Nazarbayev in the formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

Lection at the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy  

On September 14, 2017 in the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy took place the lecture "Assembly of People of Kazakhstan and its role in harmonization of interethnic consent" within the scientific project "The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy N.A. Nazarbayev and new Kazakhstan patriotism as a basis of international and interfaith interaction" for the students of S. Seyfullin Kazakh agrotechnical university.

The lesson was held by the deputy director of the Library of Elbassy, the candidate of historical sciences Botagoz Kaipova who noted that harmonization of the international relations since the first Independence Day was announced by the core of all domestic policy of our state. Kazakhstan model of interethnic consent was initiated and consistently realized by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy N.A. Nazarbayev. It has proved its efficiency throughout the entire period of development of independent Kazakhstan and continues to play an important role in the course of social, economic and political modernization of the country.

A special attention was paid to the role of Assembly of people of Kazakhstan in strengthening of Kazakhstan model of unity and tolerance.

During the lesson were used the elements of training. On their basis the students could model the behavioural and situational culture of interethnic communication and also analyse the results of the considered national policy of Elbassy.

The lecture «Astana – a symbol of independent Kazakhstan» was held for pupils of the school-gymnasium No. 3 and No. 22 on June 28, 2017. 

Astana is the center of the state, public and cultural life of the country. Astana associated with Nursultan Nazarbayev and the new Kazakhstan, being a realized dream, the brainchild of the Head of State. This city is firmly established as a symbol of the successful implementation of N.A. Nazarbayev’s initiatives on the creation of the Kazakhstan model of state development. 

The lecturer, head of the service of scientific-applied research N.K. Musina disclosed the role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy N.A. Nazarbayev in the creation of Astana, told about the main stages of the formation of the country's main city, the history of architectural structures, important political and cultural events that took place in the capital at various times from the day of its foundation.

During the lecture, exhibits, photo and film documents from the Library's collections were demonstrated.

On May5, 2017 at the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation for students of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin was held the lecture «Philosophy of N.A. Nazarbayev’s «creative leadership».

In the minds of human the leadership has always been associated with overcoming instability, problems in governing the country, people and etc. in a changing environment. The value orientations and attitudes of the leader became especially important today, when tough competition and high level of uncertainty became a reality of modern life.

The lecturer deputy director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation, candidate of historical sciences Kulyaysha Aktaeva, noted that the model of political leadership of President N.A. Nazarbayev goes far beyond the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Head of the State is a new type of modern global leader. In the West and in the East is carefully listened his opinion. Nursultan Nazarbayev's initiatives are always unexpected and actual: they amaze with their historical scope and remarkably well political foresight.

During the lecture were shown museum’s exhibits, photo and video documents.

On April 21, 2017 at the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation for students of the Polytechnic College of Astana was held the lecture «Philosophy of N.A. Nazarbayev’s «creative leadership».

The attitude of man to the world is the eternal object of philosophy. Philosophy – an elite consciousness, requires not only talent, but also professional training. The political philosophy of the President of Kazakhstan requires of profound theoretical and methodological study by political scientists, historians, philosophers, sociologists and representatives of other sciences. N.A. Nazarbayev – the founder of political philosophy, a scientist-thinker, a politician with a great political experience, understanding and feeling political mechanisms, modern realities and tendencies of the events taking place in the world.

The lecturer deputy director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation, candidate of historical sciences Kulyaysha Aktaeva, noted that Kazakhstan's philosophy of «creative leadership» lies in a new vision of global security based on maintaining an effective dialogue of cultures in the context of the diversity of ethnic and confessional traditions and values. A clear confirmation of this is the last article of the Head of the State «The Course towards future: modernization of public conscience».

On April 18, 2017 at the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation for students of JSC «Financial academy» college was held the lecture «Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and its role in harmonizing interethnic harmony» in the framework of the scientific project «The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev and the New Kazakhstan patriotism as the basis for interethnic and interreligious interaction».

The lesson was conducted by the candidate of historical sciences Botagoz Kaipova. She noted that harmonization of interethnic relations was declared the core of the entire domestic policy of our state since the first days of independence. The Kazakhstan’s model of interethnic harmony, initiated and consistently implemented by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev, has proved its effectiveness throughout the development of independent Kazakhstan and continues to play a crucial role in the process of socio-economic and political modernization of the country. 

The lecturer focused attention on the thesis of the Head of the state that dangers of the religious and interethnic plan have no only hypothetical character, and each Kazakhstan citizen had to apply forces for strengthening of stability and accord in society.

Particular attention was paid to the role of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in strengthening the Kazakhstan model of unity and tolerance.

On April 12, 2017» at the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation was held the lecture «Kazakhstan – space harbor» for pupils of school-lyceum No. 27 and school-gymnasium No. 65, dedicated to the World Day of Aviation and Astronautics.

10 years ago, on March 27, 2007, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was created the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, now transformed into the Aerospace Committee of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For 10 years, Kazakhstan in the development of space activities has passed a path equal to several decades for many countries developing their space industry.

The lecturer, research officer of the Service of scientific-applied researches Kushunova D.S. acquainted pupils with the main stages of the formation and development of space activities in Kazakhstan, the creation and functioning of the ground and production space infrastructure.

The exhibits, photo and film documents from the collections of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation were shown at the lesson.

The in the framework of the scientific project «The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev and the new Kazakhstan Patriotism as the basis of interethnic and interconfessional interaction» was held the lecture «President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and interethnic agreement» for the students of the Kazakh Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S.Seifullin On April 5, 2017.

The lecturer, candidate of historical sciences B.M. Kaipova noted that Kazakhstan's model of interethnic and interconfessional accord allowed to ensure stability in the country, create the necessary conditions for economic growth, strengthen the independence of the republic and raise its authority in the world. Particular attention was paid to the need to soberly appraise and timely prevent all destructive tendencies of social development, in particular the spread of non-traditional religious views. The geopolitical position of Kazakhstan and its polyconfessional composition could potentially be factors of tension was underscored. It is no coincidence that the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, NA Nazarbayev, pays close attention to these issues.

During the lesson were used the elements of the training, on the basis of which students were able to model the behavioral and situational culture of interethnic communication, as well as to analyze the results of the balanced national policy of the Leader of the Nation.

The exhibits, photo and film documents from the collections of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Leader of the Nation were shown to participants.

On March 28, 2015 the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation jointly with the Department of Education of Astana held a debate tournament among pupils within the framework of the scientific project «The role of social institutions in the development of leadership skills and professionalism». 

The purpose of the tournament: developing the skills of owning a strategy of critical thinking in making independent decisions and achieving truth in the analysis of the current problems of the history of independent Kazakhstan.

The Head of the State in his Address on January 31, 2017 noted «EXPO-2017» international exhibition will be held in Astana this year. We are the first among the CIS countries and Central Asia to hold such an important global event».

In the framework of the debates The speakers discussed such issues as the holding of the international exhibition EXPO-2017 in Astana, the preservation of stability in society and etc.

44 teams from the capital's schools took part in the tournament. Through the draw, Participants took sides of the «Government» or «Opposition» by the drawing of lots and tried to defend the fairness of their judgments. Discussion of all the proposed issues were acute and interesting.

The judging collegium at the tournament was headed by experienced debaters – students of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilev, the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute, Kazakh Agricultural University named after S.Seifullin, KazGUU University, representatives of student and public organizations, winners of city and republican debates tournaments.

The places in the kazakh league were distributed as follows:

The 1st place – «Марғұлан шәкірттері» (secondary school No. 40);

The 2nd place – «Vanguard» (school-lyceum No. 38);

The 3rd place – «Nomad» (school-lyceum No. 65).

In the russian league:

The 1st place – « Phenomenon » (school-lyceum No. 38);

The 2nd place – «Steel Pauer» (school-gymnasium No. 3);

The 3rd place – « Shchegly» (school-gymnasium No. 3).

Participants actively argued their views, brought causes and arguments, asked questions, suggested ways of solving problems. Practical experience and a lot of positive impressions received all participants of the tournament.

he tournament was held on the basis of school-lyceum No. 53. In facilitating the debate it should be noted the clear work of the teaching staff of this institution under the leadership of the director Abdrasilov Kazbek Zhakenovich. Separately, we would like to thank to the teacher of the history of school-lyceum No. 53 – Aliyev Erbol Ermakhanovich an activist of the development of the debating movement among the pupils of the capital.

Traditionally, all the pupils received participants certificates in the tournament of the debating club «Akikat» and memorable gifts. 

The defense of attestation lessons was held in the framework of an experimental platform for attestation of teachers of history of Astana on March 3, 2016.

Research and popularization of the achievements of independent Kazakhstan and the historical role of the Leader of the Nation through interactive means, the development of creative initiative are the main objectives of the experimental site.

Jointly with museum pedagogues were prepared and conducted museum lessons:

– «Ғасырлар куәсі – Экспо көрмесі» – Kulbekova N.K., Sarkulova Zh.Zh. teachers of school-lyceum No. 82;

– «Елбасының «Ой бөлістім халқыммен» атты шығармасының ізімен» – Baykenzheev E.B. teacher of school-lyceum No. 76;

– «ЭКСПО-2017: «Мәңгілік Ел құндылықтары» – Beknazarova D.O. teacher of school-lyceum No. 64.

The members of attestation commission noted good level of shown lessons. Colleagues in the discussion noted deep knowledge of pupils, pedagogical skill and professionalism of certified teachers in the establishment of interdisciplinary connections, differentiation at the allocation of leading tasks, creative novelty, diversity of forms and methods used on the lesson, the use of visualization.

As experts noted, the lessons of the museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation promotes to the growth of teachers professionalism, development of their creative initiative, serve to strengthen and development of mutual cooperation in the field of innovative orientation in the methodology of teaching history, dissemination of best practices, extension of popularization methods of the achievements of independent Kazakhstan and the historical role of the First President.

The lecture «Formation of legal awareness and legal culture in the Republic of Kazakhstan» for students of the College of Transport and Communications was held on February 24, 2016.

Our country, considers itself lawful state, being a full member of the international community, fully supports to the implementation of the rule of law, both on their territory and in the global space.

The lecturer, candidate of historical sciences Karagizova G.B. acquainted the audience with the notion, essence and kinds of justice, revealing the issues of formation of legal consciousness, legal culture and upbringing.

During the lecture were shown the museum exhibits, archival photo documents.

The «Теңге – ел тәуелсіздігінің нышаны» for students of Humanitarian college of Astana was held on February 22, 2017. 
The national currency tenge – symbol of economic independence and a successful financial reform of Kazakhstan – has withstood the test of time, has won the trust of people of Kazakhstan. Tenge formed to the basis of independent economic policy and has become a key step on the way of market reforms.
 
The lecturer, research officer of Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation Bukeshova L.K. introduced the audience with the history of money circulation on the territory of Kazakhstan, the stages of creation and introduction of tenge.

February 17, 2017 for the students of Kazakh Agro-Technical University named after S. Seifullin was held the lecture «Қазақстан Республикасының Президенті және ұлтаралық келісім».
The lecturer, candidate of historical sciences Kaipova B.M. noted that the main factor of the country's development is the policy of support of interethnic and interreligious harmony and peace in the country, guaranteeing political stability. Kazakhstan's experience in the field of harmonization of interethnic relations is relevant for many countries in the world. The work of public institutions in the the interethnic sphere is very highly appreciated by the international community. Also agreement can not be taken as a given. Exactly youth will have preserve and strengthen interethnic stability. Because Kazakhstan, as noted N.A. Nazarbayev: «Model of global peace, which would build a humanity».
 
The interactive teaching methods with training elements were used during the lecture.
The lecture «Olympic champions of Kazakhstan» for pupils of school-gymnasium No. 32 and secondary school No. 36 was held on February 15, 2017.
The most important factor of increasing quality and length of life of every citizen of Kazakhstan, the competitiveness of the nation – is a sport. Therefore, the development and promotion of mass sport is a national priority. This theme is particularly relevant after XXVIII Winter World University Games held in Almaty.
 
The lecturer research officer of Scientific-applied researches service of Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation Kushunova D.S. introduced the audience with the history of the Olympic movement, significant sporting events that were held in our country, achievements and victories of Olympic champions of Kazakhstan, noted their important role in the promotion of sport in Kazakhstan and upbringing of healthy generation.

The seminar-training «Лидерлік қасиетті дамыту» for pupils of 11 grade of school-lyceum «Қазғарыш» No. 50 named after Raiymbek batyr was held at the Museum of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation on February 14, 2017.
 
Today young people – is one of the most socially active segments of the population, a generator of new ideas, vitality and energy of society. Young people are not just the future of the country, it’s her now.
 
The President N.A. Nazarbayev in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan noted: «We have laid the foundations of our independent sovereign state. We must be patient in our transforming mass consciousness. In this we must seek support in the younger generation which is more flexible in adapting to the new system of values and has a fresh vision of the future».
 
The priorities of society is formation of leadership and professional development of the young generation.
 
At the Museum of the Library on an example of the life experience of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation N.A. Nazarbayev held meetings, debate tournaments, elective courses, lessons, aimed to the formation of leadership skills of modern pupils in the framework of scientific-educational project «The role of social institutions in education leadership skills and professionalism of the person».
 
The seminar-training consisted from two component parts.
In the first part the senior research officer of Scientific-applied researches service Omarova L.A. acquainted participants with documents and materials, formed on the basis of scientific-research works in the framework of the elective course «Elbasytanu». She demonstrated to the pupils valuable materials and documents discovered in 2005 during the scientific-research expeditions in the native land of Leader of the Nation in the village Ushkonyr, Kaskelen city, Karasai district of Almaty region, and also in the cities of Dnipropetrovsk (Ukraine), Temirtau, Karaganda, Almaty, which are associated with years of training and working life of President. Found in the archives and book funds informations about the life and activities of the President of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev, which were not previously known to the public, aroused particular interest among the audience.
 
In the practical part of the event senior research officer of Scientific-applied researches service Ospanova A.A. held training sessions aimed to developing leadership skills among pupils, in accordance with the thematic plan of the elective course «Жастардың бойында лидерлік қасиетті дамыту» («The development of leadership skills among young people»).
 
Kaipova B.M. candidate of historical sciences in opening speech to the participants of the event noted: «The aim of scientific-educational events the Library is a further deepening research of biography of the Head of State and the promotion of his personal and political credo among the younger generation. The President in his speeches has repeatedly said that, the young people – the embodiment of all our hopes for the future. All that is done today – is for young people. Exactly the current generation of young people will lead the country to new objectives, seeming for us today, far and unattainable».
 
At the end of training, to the pupils were presented souvenirs – the book «Біздің Президент» with a dedication signed of Kasymbekov M.B. an executive director of the Library of the First President of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation.
